Our products are exclusively available for delivery to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.
Amarra Group will use its best efforts to process and dispatch Orders within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You must provide your order or receipt number, the reason for your return and any other relevant information.
You may make a “Refund / Exchange Request” to Amarra Group for a return or exchange of a Product if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the Product, subject to the Product being unused, uninstalled and in its saleable condition, being in its original packaging and with all attachments; or receive a defective Product.
